Shipping and Returns

Goods will only be shipped to verified addresses within New Zealand and once any criteria have been met including but not limited to: payments are currently being received and the required deposit has been paid.

Once shipped you could reasonably expect delivery within 5-7 days but this may vary depending on such things as the size of the order/product and if it is a rural delivery address.

Your parcel is tracked and traced and the tracking number will be emailed to you to track your parcel. For larger items, delivery times can be confirmed by contacting us at [email protected] or calling 08005 08005. Delivery time will generally not exceed 10 working days.

If, no one is at home when the delivery is made the courier will leave a card for you to arrange to pick it up at their local office. Your order may be signed for by any individual at the delivery address on file and delivery can only be made to a physical address, not a PO Box.

Shipping costs are relative to size and destination of shipment but as a guide: $20 up to 2kg, $30 up to 12Kg and larger items such as BBQs and trampolines $75 - $100

 

What if my address is rural?

If your order is being sent to a rural address it will be couriered my our drivers to your local depot and then passed on to your local rural delivery courier. The rural delivery service does not offer receipt confirmation and a signature cannot be obtained. If you would prefer to have your order delivered to your local pick up point please let us know.

 

My product has been damaged during delivery, what can I do?


If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange for them to be fixed or replaced. Contact us at [email protected] or call our customer services team on 08005 08005, or use our Contact Us form and we’ll take care of it for you.

 

Can I return products?

If you are sent the wrong product or your product is faulty, contact us on 08005 08005 or [email protected]. Suppose you change your mind about your purchased product. In that case, we do accept returns within 10 days from delivery, provided the products are in the same condition in which they were originally delivered. Used products or ripped packaging can not be returned. However, a return freight fee of $10 will be charged.

 

Warranties and Returns

Our electrical products have a minimum of one year’s warranty which covers manufacturers faults only.  If you have cracked your tv, damaged the plug on your tablet or dropped your cellphone this is not covered under warranty as this is customer damage.
