Warranties, Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We ship orders to verified physical addresses within New Zealand only. Orders will be processed once the following criteria are met:

  • Your payments are up to date
  • The required deposit has been received
 

Once your order has been shipped, you can typically expect delivery within 5–7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The size of the product or order
  • Time of Year (May be a delay during holiday seasons i.e. Christmas)
  • Your location (rural deliveries may take longer)
 

Your parcel will be tracked and traced, and your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it’s on its way.

Delivery Details

  • All deliveries must go to a physical street address (we do not deliver to PO Boxes).
  • If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card to collect from your local depot.
  • Anyone at the delivery address can sign for the parcel.

There is also a surcharge of $10 for Rural and South Island Deliveries Final shipping costs depend on the size and destination of the order.

If you live in a rural area, your order will be:

  • Sent to your nearest depot by our courier
  • Then handed to your local rural delivery service
 

Note:
The rural service does not provide tracking updates or require a signature.
If you’d prefer delivery to a local pick-up point, let us know and we’ll arrange it.

Damaged items in transit

If your product arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll sort it out.

We’ll repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.

Returns & Change of Mind

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in original condition
  • The packaging is intact and not ripped
  • The product has not been used

 

Please note:

  • A $10 return freight fee will apply
  • Used or damaged items cannot be returned

 

If you received the wrong item or your product is faulty, please contact us straight away and we’ll fix it.

Warranties

All electrical products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing faults only.

 What’s not covered:

  • Cracked screens
  • Damaged power cords
  • Dropped or water-damaged devices
