Standard delivery is typically 5-7 working days after shipping, though this may vary for larger items or rural addresses. All orders are tracked and traced, and your tracking number will be emailed to you. Shipping costs are size and destination-dependent: a guide is $20 up to 2kg and $30 up to 12kg. For large items (e.g., BBQs/trampolines), costs range from $75 – $100. Delivery will generally not exceed 10 working days.
Suppose you change your mind about your purchased product. In that case, we do accept returns within 10 days from delivery, provided the products are in the same condition in which they were originally delivered. Used products or ripped packaging can not be returned. However, a return freight fee of $10 will be charged. See our Returns Policy page for more information.
