Great service, quick to help with any issues. My lux/vacuum cleaner broke down, I didn't have the means to get a new one at that stage and vickers helped me out, I had a new lux in a matter of days. Brilliant customer service and friendly team to deal with. 👍☺️

Had the pleasure of meeting sales person through my sister when she was signing up. Decided myself to sign up as well then received my first aid kit with additional tactical survival kit that day.
