Lower Your Payments: If your repayments are too high or you’re facing temporary financial difficulties, we can reduce your regular payments to make them more manageable.

Take a Break from Payments: In more serious situations, we may be able to offer you a short repayment holiday — meaning you won’t need to make payments for a limited time. Just keep us updated on your situation.

Change How Often You Pay: We can adjust your repayment schedule to suit your lifestyle. Choose from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments.

If You Don’t Get in Touch

If your account is overdue and we don’t hear from you, the following fees may apply:

  • Missed Payment Text: $0.30
  • Missed Payment Letter: $3.00
  • Arrears Letter: $3.00
  • Field Visit (door knock): $50.00

Please don’t ignore the situation — we’re always happy to work with you before it gets to that stage.
